There may be days when elements of life are outside of your control, we will adjust your lesson accordingly.
You will receive a comprehensive movement and structural assessment which informs how we progress you toward your goals. Programming is based on physics while taking into account your structure, neuromuscular function and tolerance.

Private lessons are priced based on training frequency:
4 lessons/month: $110/lesson
8 lessons/month: $105/lesson
12 lessons/month: $98/lesson
All new clients start with an initial assessment session.
