Discover the unparalleled benefits of our instruction in a class of up to four students. These sessions provide a perfect balance of focused attention and camaraderie, empowering you to reach your fitness goals efficiently. We will refine your technique, establish realistic objectives, and challenge you in a secure and inspiring setting. Engage in various exercises like calisthenics, club swinging, kettle-bell lifting, and martial arts that focus on mobility, strength, and coordination.

Organic Training Periodization


All Semi-Private students at MÜV Integrated Physical Culture embark on their training journey within the initial three months of the year. As the program unfolds, exercises and intensity levels progress accordingly, tailored to individual performance on a daily basis. With the advantage of smaller class sizes, some days may see us going “off-menu”, facilitating swift transitions in our sessions. The year is spent exploring different training cycles that utilize the different tools and apparatus we house here.

Community Support

Our students are known for their amiable nature and collaborative spirit. Engaging in partner exercises is a component of our approach, promoting mutual growth and support. We prioritize the well-being of our students within the class setting, valuing their presence over their pursuits beyond our walls.

Class Pods

The Semi-Private class pods for 2024 are almost all at capacity, but there are a few spots available for additional students to join throughout the year. To familiarize yourself with our instruction, we recommend starting with some Private Lessons before transitioning into the group setting. If the existing class times don't align with your schedule, consider forming a small group of one to three additional individuals whom you enjoy working out with. Together, you can embark on this fitness journey and we will work with you to establish a convenient and consistent lesson schedule.
