Learn why you're feeling tightness and pain, then how to treat it. It doesn't matter if it happened during a P.R. in your Olympic lift or if you just woke up like that. We will help you you figure out a plan of action to improve your neuromuscular function. We will define the barriers to your mobility then restore muscle function through muscle therapy and isometrics. You will then learn how to maintain your mobility in between appointments. More function means less pain. Don't worry, we won't crack or electrocute you.

No, we are not going to just sit there and count reps. We won't give you exercises just because we like them or because some protocol tells us to do so. Skill development is defined by your needs. Some of you want to jump higher or run faster. Some of you want to walk up steps without pain or exhaustion. All of you need to learn how to control and challenge your movement skills.
